SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRIA
Standard shipping (5 - 7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays) is free for all orders over €100 within Austria. For orders under €100, the shipping cost is €4.20.
Estimated delivery times do not include processing times. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing before your order is shipped.

SHIPPING TO GERMANY, THE EU, AND THE REST OF EUROPE
Standard shipping (1 - 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays) is free for all orders over €100 within the EU.
For orders from Germany under €100, the shipping cost is €8.40.
For orders from France and Italy under €100, the shipping cost is €10.90.
For orders from other EU countries under €100, the shipping cost is €15.18.
Flat-rate shipping – € (2 - 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays).

SHIPPING TO THE UNITED KINGDOM AND SWITZERLAND
Standard shipping (4 - 6 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays) is free for all orders over €100.
For orders from the UK and Switzerland under €100, the shipping cost is €12.90.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped via Austrian Post and are fully trackable.
Standard shipping (5 - 10 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays) for all international orders costs a flat rate of €25.83.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders shipped abroad may incur additional taxes and/or customs duties upon arrival. Please check in advance whether any import fees apply before placing your order. Any customs fees must be paid by the customer in order to receive the package.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delays. Once your order has been shipped, no changes can be made to the address, and we cannot cancel or refund your order. We recommend double-checking your address before placing the order.
To cancel your order, please send an email to info@elashgance.com. If you place an order and contact us immediately, we cannot guarantee that the order will be canceled, as it may take 1 - 2 business days for our customer service team to process your email. If your order has already been processed, we cannot make any changes or cancel it.
For reshipment of returned orders due to incomplete, incorrect addresses, or unclaimed packages, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the order to the correct address.
If you may not be home when your package is delivered, please contact the Austrian Post so your order can be left in a safe place or redirected to the nearest post office.
