SHIPPING AND DELIVERY


DELIVERY IN AUSTRIA

Standard shipping (1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays) is free for all orders over €100 within Austria. For orders under €100, shipping costs are €4.20

Estimated delivery times do not include processing times. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before your order is shipped.

Please note that processing times may be delayed during holidays and promotional periods. Allow extra time to receive your order during these times.


DELIVERY TO GERMANY, THE EU, AND THE REST OF EUROPE

Standard shipping (1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays) is free for all orders over €100 within the EU.
For orders from Germany under €100, shipping costs are €8.40

For orders from France and Italy under €100, shipping costs are €10.90

For orders from other EU countries under €100, shipping costs are €15.96

For orders from the rest of Europe under €100, shipping costs are €16.90

DELIVERY TO THE UNITED KINGDOM AND SWITZERLAND

Standard shipping (4–6 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays) is free for all orders over €100.
For orders from the UK and Switzerland under €100, shipping costs are €15.90

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are shipped via Austrian Post and are fully trackable.

Standard shipping (5–10 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays) for all international orders costs a flat rate of €25.83

DELIVERY TO THE UNITED STATES (USA)

Standard international shipping to the United States takes approximately 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order value and destination, in line with our international shipping rates.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be applied by U.S. customs authorities. These charges will be calculated and shown at checkout where applicable.

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience, we handle the customs clearance process on your behalf. All applicable import duties and taxes are paid in advance by us under a Post Duty Paid (DDP) service. This means your order will be delivered directly to you without any additional payment required upon arrival.


IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders shipped internationally may incur additional taxes and/or customs fees upon arrival. Please check before ordering whether import duties apply. Any customs fees must be covered by the customer in order to receive the order.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delays. Once your order has been shipped, no address changes can be made, and we cannot cancel or refund your order. We recommend carefully checking your address before placing your order.

To cancel your order, please email info@elashgance.com. If you place an order and contact us immediately, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as it may take 1–2 business days for our customer service team to process your email. If your order has already been processed, we cannot make changes or cancel it.

For reshipping returned orders due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or uncollected parcels, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order to the correct address.

If you may not be at home when your parcel is delivered, please contact Austrian Post so that your order can be left in a safe place or redirected to the nearest post office.
